Work With Jenine

I work with organizations across Canada, the United States, the UK, Australia, and beyond — navigating increasing expectations around accessibility, neurodiversity, and workplace inclusion, but often lacking the systems to implement them in practice. The challenge is consistent across sectors: policies exist, but day-to-day support for neurodivergent employees and those with invisible disabilities is inconsistent, reactive, and dependent on individual managers. That creates risk, inefficiency, and uneven employee experience.

I help organizations move from that reactive approach to clear, consistent, practical systems — bridging the gap between policy and practice through training, consulting, and accessible design. As a dual Canadian-American citizen, I bring direct experience in both countries’ educational systems, workplace cultures, and legal frameworks, including the Accessible Canada Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. All services are delivered virtually via Zoom — no travel required, no geographic restrictions.

Organizational Consulting & Advisory

Jenine helps organizations design and implement accessible, neurodiversity-informed workplace systems — including policies, processes, and leadership practices. Aligned with the Accessible British Columbia Act and the Accessible Canada Act, with working knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for organizations operating in or across the United States.

Training & Workshops
